We have a lobby, but we do not have a waiting area. Therefore we ask that all who are not receiving services do not attend your services with you.

While we do work with children we do not have adequate space for them to wait while you receive your services and request that you make time for this to be your sacred space and have care for your children elsewhere.

Services to minors 18 and under must have documented permission of a parent/guardian. Services to minors between the ages of 13 - 16 Must have a parent/guardian present for intake. Services for minors between the ages of 13-16 may decide at intake if a parent/guardian will remain present for the service. Services for minors 12 and under must have a parent/ guardian present during the service.

 

Cancellation policy: 24-hour notice for all cancellations. If you cancel within less than 24 hours you will be billed for 50% of the total cost of service before any deductions. In order to book future appointments, your balance, if any owed, must be paid in full.

No call, or no-show will be billed for 100% of the services booked.  In order to book future appointments, your balance if any owed, must be paid in full.  We understand that unfortunate events occur and we will do our best to accommodate and help you in any way we can.

 

If school is canceled, there are icy conditions or the roads are not in good condition, your appointments will be rescheduled for the safety of everyone. Please note: Some of our therapists/practitioners do not live in Sterling and will be basing the safety of their commute from their neighborhoods.
