Friday, May 23rd, 2025
6:00–7:00 am: Gentle Stretches, Pranayama, and Meditation by the pool to awaken your energy. 10:30 am–12:30 pm: Ancestral Healing and Birthing the New You workshop to release generational patterns and stepping into your personal power, re-wiring DNA. Lunch and Rest: A chance to nourish and restore yourself, Explore Casa Cal Faro. 5:30–7:00 pm: Sound Bath and Cacao Ceremony to ground and amplify the energies of the new you.

Morning: Breakfast Herb Bundle Workshop: Learn to create sacred herb bundles for healing and connection. Lunch Hike to the Montserrat Viewpoint, followed by a Karma Dissolving Sunset Meditation in nature, Hike back. Relax and integrate the morning’s practices. Dinner Under the Sky: A magical evening under the sky, filled with connection and intention.

Morning: Breakfast and a journey to Montserrat to visit the Black Madonna, a symbol of divine feminine power and healing. Lunch and Drop-Off: Conclude the retreat feeling deeply transformed.
