Anne Faith Day has been a practicing Licensed Massage Therapist since she graduated from The Bancroft School of Massage Therapy in 1996. Presently, Anne Faith practices her vocation under the business name “Anne’s Hands Massage Therapy “ and is located on Rte 12 in Sterling, MA in the establishment dubbed “The Nest”. During Anne’s lengthy career, she has incorporated many techniques into her work to create her own flavor of bodywork that includes Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, Reiki energy, and myofascial release. Anne’s mission is to tune into each individual client as to facilitate healing to the best of her ability.
