About Our Nest
The Nest was birthed in 2009 from a vision that proprietor Anne Faith Day had in the midst of her long-term vocation as a massage therapist. Located at 86 Worcester Rd in Sterling, MA ~ Anne Faith was on a mission to provide the best possible holistic approach to manage the well-being of her community.
This dream came into fruition as The Nest was opened to receiving like-minded associates, aka "Nesters" who would skillfully supply the antidote to the mental, physical, and spiritual maladies that plague our daily lives.
